COMMERCIAL APPEALS
A high court appeal serves as a mechanism through which subordinate court decisions may be reviewed and overruled, providing a critical aspect to the judicial process. In addition to bringing an extensive wealth of knowledge in handling across a broad commercial spectrum of legal issues, we focus primarily on identifying and articulating important grounds that can affect the outcome of a case.
WRITS
Writ is a legal instrument that enables individuals to enforce the rights guaranteed by the Indian Constitution. Representing our clients we file writ petitions, writ appeals and initiate legal actions under the provisions of the Indian Constitution demanding redressal for the grievances suffered.
